Vinay M. Tonse takes charge as the new Managing Director and CEO of YES Bank, marking a major leadership change in the private banking sector.

Vinay Muralidhar Tonse has been appointed as the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of YES Bank.
He will succeed Prashant Kumar.
Earlier, he served as Managing Director at State Bank of India
The appointment marks a key leadership transition for the private sector lender as it continues its efforts to strengthen operations and expand its presence in the Indian financial market.
He has been appointed for a three-year term.
