Eight-year-old Ranvir Sachdeva has scripted history by becoming the youngest keynote speaker at the India AI Summit 2026, held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.
This is not his first appearance on a global platform. In 2025, at just seven years old, Ranvir was invited as the youngest keynote speaker at the United Nations’ AI for Good Global Summit in Geneva, Switzerland. Addressing an audience of over 10,000 attendees from more than 180 countries, along with 53 UN partner organisations and leading AI experts, he delivered a 20-minute talk titled, “Agents of Change: A 7-Year-Old’s Lens on Generation AI for Good.”
Earlier, in 2023, Ranvir became the youngest recipient of a Robotics and AI certification from IIT Delhi after completing a summer workshop at the I-HUB Foundation for Robotics.
The India AI Impact Summit 2026, held from February 16 to 21 at Bharat Mandapam, focuses on AI safety and governance, ethical AI deployment, and the use of artificial intelligence for social good.
Ranvir’s journey reflects the growing role of young innovators in shaping the global AI conversation.
