In a significant step towards strengthening governance within India’s scientific and academic institutions, Dr. Jitendra Singh launched the first-ever “Administrative Capacity Building Programme for Scientists and Academicians” under the Mission Karmayogi.

The initiative aims to equip scientists and academic leaders with administrative, governance, and decision-making skills, addressing a long-standing gap in structured training.
